Probably one of Mr. Sinek’s most famous speeches and arguably one of the most famous TED Talks ever presented, the Golden Circle has become a staple in every organization’s training class since it was released. It’s also known as the famous “Start with Why” speech.
Mr. Sinek is so great at explaining his point that it honestly does not need any more explaining or elaborating. It’s just sales and management motivation and training at it’s finest.
People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it. Just imagine if you watched this and just imagine if you applied this to every single sales call that you did. You’re performance would be absolutely astounding.
